Job Description:

Landscape BIM Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Revit Technical Lead to join our team. As a Revit Technical Lead, you will be responsible for leading the BIM efforts on one or multiple projects, collaborating closely with the Project Manager and BIM Manager. Your primary goal will be to ensure seamless coordination and communication among team members and stakeholders.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and coordinating the BIM efforts on the project
  • Advising and introducing improvements to project teams by sharing expert BIM knowledge
  • Establishing, developing, and implementing design technology workflows within and beyond Revit
  • Creating and maintaining project-specific parametric content
  • Actively engaging with project teams to troubleshoot and ensure BIM is used to its full potential
  • Taking the lead on 3D coordination, interoperability, and other BIM-specific workflows on the projects
  • Educating staff in Revit and related architectural software
  • Actively monitoring and streamlining Revit models
  • Helping maintain a positive BIM environment on the project

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • 4-5 years of professional work experience using Revit as your core BIM tool
  • Preferred experience in South-Asia, Middle East
  • Loves to work at the intersection of architectural technology, project delivery, and computation
  • Heavy Revit user with conquered Family Editor skills
  • Knowledge of architectural design and basics of architectural drawing set production
  • Understanding of 3D coordination with solid skills in Navisworks and proven track record of running clash detection on previous projects
  • Organized, structured, and detail-oriented individual
  • Self-confidence and persistence
  • Ability to manage priorities with minimal guidance
  • Follows through and completes tasks with sense of urgency
  • Flexibility with regard to working hours and assignments
  • Good colleague and team-player with ability to work independently
  • Knowledge of industry BIM standards and requirements
  • Qualified Architect, Landscape Architect, Engineer, Constructing Architect, Architectural Technologist, or equivalent

Desirable Qualities and Skills:

  • Skills in Dynamo, Python, Rhino, Grasshopper, Enscape, AutoCAD, Ideate Suite for Revit, BIM 360 Team/Design, CDE Systems
  • Fluent English; Danish and French language preferred
  • Knowledge of BIM standards and related items like BIM7AA Type Coding and DiKon Delivery Specifications
  • Relevant professional certifications and memberships
