The Global People Architect will be responsible for designing, creating, and implementing our Talent strategy to drive Trustpilot's global business forward. This includes building world-class leaders and succession plans, overseeing talent assessment, and partnering with senior leadership to accelerate their development and leadership capability.
You will lead a team of 5 professionals in driving impactful plans across diverse initiatives, from core skills building to leadership development, talent programmes to career ignition. Your role will play a significant part in ensuring our people are fully equipped to drive our business forward and deliver on our strategic goals.
This is an exciting opportunity to mold and shape the future of Talent at Trustpilot, helping to not just deliver on our plans but push the boundaries of what is possible. You will work closely with the Chief People Officer and other senior leaders to drive our business forward.
Key Requirements- Experience in a Talent leadership role within a fast-paced, scaling tech environment, ideally with a global footprint.
- Sigificant expertise in developing and executing high-impact Talent strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
