We are seeking a dedicated and talented professional to join our team in Novonesis, where collaboration, accountability, and flexibility are key. As a Recruitment Specialist, you will work closely with hiring managers to secure a smooth and efficient hiring process.

The recruitment team in Denmark consists of 5 people, including Senior Recruitment Specialists, Recruitment Specialists, a Recruitment Supporter, and a Training Lead. This diverse group is characterized by high professionalism, genuine interest in each other, and a sense of humor.

In this role, you will be responsible for advising the business on recruitments, ensuring an efficient process flow, and providing a positive candidate experience. You will support managers and be hands-on in the full recruitment process, from system support to final offer.

Some of your key tasks will include collaborating with hiring managers to clarify role requirements and plan the recruitment process, providing general ATS support and guidance, participating in second interviews when needed, and ensuring a positive candidate experience from initial contact through successful onboarding.

This is a broad role that requires adapting to specific cases. You will be recruiting on all Danish sites but primarily at our HQ in Lyngby. Your primary location will be at our HQ in Lyngby.

To succeed in this role, you must have some years of hands-on experience with recruitment from an internal role, experience conducting interviews based on personality assessments, proficiency in English and Danish, and experience working in an ATS (preferably Workday).

You will also need strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with internal stakeholders, a proactive attitude, and a sense of humor. We are looking for someone who can take pride in completion and follow-up while maintaining a structured and organized approach.

This role offers the opportunity to work in a team where collaboration, accountability, and flexibility are mutual and important for teamwork success. You will also be part of an interesting phase in the merger, harmonizing and designing policies, processes, and ways of working.
