About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support our production team in Aalborg. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our production team, including tasks such as:

  • Supporting our group leaders with payroll and other HR-related tasks
  • Performing weekly and monthly payroll checks
  • Registering holidays, absences, and training days in SAP
  • Completing various ad-hoc tasks
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience with administrative tasks
  • Knowledge of SAP
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to learn new IT systems quickly
  • Fluency in Danish and English
