Maersk Group - A.P. Møller Mærsk is seeking a skilled Product Development Leader to drive the product strategy and execution plan for our Order Handling domain.

As a key member of the Business Enabling Platforms team, you will be responsible for creating and delivering modern order handling solutions that allow customers and agents to create, modify, and manage bookings for Maersk products.

Our goal is to simplify the customer experience by providing self-service and intuitive journeys. We aim to enable internal teams to focus on value-add activities by automating tasks and creating integrated experiences.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Implementing strategic priorities to ensure all product teams involved prioritise and deliver to achieve the goal.
  2. Managing roadmaps and value realisation for multi-disciplinary teams to iteratively deliver customer and business outcomes.
  3. Setting measurable goals for your product that roll up into our portfolio success measures and value drivers.
  4. Developing an expert understanding of customers' needs and promoting these in the delivery of your products.

You will join a talented team passionate about prioritising customer needs while delivering value for the business. The ideal candidate is motivated by complex problems and drives simplicity and scale within their solutions.
