Customer Service and Support Specialist

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated Customer Experience Consultant to join our part-time team.
In this role, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, addressing their questions and providing support on the Planday platform.
Key Responsibilities- Engage with customers via telephone, online chat, and email.
- Assist customers with using Planday, offering best practices for scheduling and administration.
- Analyze and troubleshoot issues before escalating to our second line of technical support.
- Serve as a link between customers and our product/engineering team.
- Proactively identify and implement the best solutions for our customers and team.
- Fluent in English and Swedish (additional languages are a plus).
- Comfortable working with technology and direct customer contact.
- Flexible Availability: Able to work at least 16 hours a week, including day, evening, and weekend shifts.
- Motivated to work both independently and collaboratively to resolve technical issues promptly.
- Passionate about helping people and maintaining a positive communication tone.
- Proactive, creative, and capable of thinking outside the box.
- Interested in developing your customer service and technical skills within an innovative, international company.
- Ideal for students looking to gain hands-on experience while studying.
You will be part of a dynamic team of part-time and full-time colleagues, committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
