Tionix Solutions is seeking a Telecoms Testing and Optimization Expert to join our team. As a key member of our field testing group, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of mobile networks in 4G LTE, VoLTE, and 5G technologies.

Job Description:

The Telecoms Testing and Optimization Expert will be responsible for conducting thorough field tests on mobile devices and network infrastructure to validate performance, reliability, and coverage. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of mobile network architecture, protocols, and call flows, as well as hands-on experience with network testing tools such as QXDM, TEMS, ELT, or similar.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct field tests on mobile devices and network infrastructure to validate performance, reliability, and coverage in 4G LTE, VoLTE, and 5G networks.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot call flows, signaling procedures, and handover mechanisms across different network operators.
  • Perform end-to-end testing of voice, data, and multimedia services, focusing on QoS and KPI monitoring.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in mobile field testing, focusing on 4G LTE, VoLTE, and 5G networks.
  • Strong understanding of mobile network architecture, protocols, and call flows.
  • Hands-on experience with network testing tools such as QXDM, TEMS, ELT, or similar.
