Senior Software Developer – Build High-Performance Systems

Are you a software engineer who loves pushing systems to their limits? Does the idea of optimising algorithms, tuning performance, and building infrastructure that operates in real-time excite you?

A world-class quantitative tech team is looking for a Senior Software Developer to design, optimise, and scale the mission-critical systems that power their trading and energy-market strategies.

What You'll Do:


Engineer High-Performance Algorithms
– Implement, refine, and optimise financial algorithms in C#. You'll dive deep into performance hotspots, parallelism, GC tuning, memory behaviour, and networking.


Build the Core Systems
– Develop the supporting infrastructure that enables everything from new algorithmic initiatives to the steady execution of existing production systems.


Work at Real-Time Speed
– Improve monitoring, telemetry, and feedback loops so you can deploy fast, learn quickly, and iterate without waiting weeks for results.


Collaborate With Quants & Researchers
– Work directly with analysts, economists, and fellow developers. Everyone writes code, understands the impact of their decisions, and contributes to the bigger picture.

3+ years of C# development experience

Strong SQL (T-SQL) skills

Solid grasp of algorithms, data structures, and how to apply them
