Copenhagen, Copenhagen, Denmark Veo Technologies Full time 90,000 - 120,000 per year

Veo is a global leader in AI-based sports camera technology. Our innovative, fully automatic camera solution enables sports teams to record matches and training sessions without a camera operator. We're democratizing the world of sports by granting video analysis for teams on all levels—a privilege that used to be only for the few. More than 40,000 clubs in 90+ countries record their games every week.

But what truly sets us apart? Our
people
. We're a diverse group of innovative thinkers, creators, and problem-solvers who believe in delivering an incredible product—and having fun while doing it.

The Opportunity
We're looking for a
Senior Technical Project Manager
to join our Capture Team, playing a key role in moving our camera system projects from idea to launch. These projects are technically complex and sit at the intersection of embedded software and hardware.

In this role, you'll be the central collaboration interface - driving progress across technical and non-technical disciplines, ensuring information flows smoothly and momentum is maintained. You'll work closely with our Director of Hardware Development and Head of Capture, coordinating with stakeholders across AI, video, firmware, cloud platform, marketing, sales, and quality to ensure projects advance on all fronts.

It's a role for someone who enjoys bridging technical and organizational gaps, and takes and takes pride in driving progress and turning complexity into successful deliveries.

What You Will Do

  • Manage complex Hardware and Embedded Software projects from conception to launch, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
  • Coordinate using Veo's Stage-Gate Model, continuously refining the model with learnings from live projects
  • Collaborate closely with the Director of Hardware Development while driving alignment with involved teams including AI, video, firmware, cloud platform, and non-technical stakeholders (ie. marketing, sales, quality, and others)
  • Bridge technical discussions across hardware and software, ensuring decisions are made with a full view of dependencies and constraints.
  • Streamline coordination by reducing bottlenecks and inter-team dependencies

What You Could Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in embedded software project management or a similar role in a tech company
  • A strong understanding of the hardware development lifecycle and its "waterfall" nature, combined with experience working with agile software teams
  • Ability to interpret technical specifications and follow complex discussions across hardware and software domains
  • A proven track record of enabling progress, solving coordination challenges, and delivering complex projects
  • A facilitative, solution-oriented approach: you enable teams and remove obstacles
  • Strong communication skills: you can influence and build trust across diverse stakeholders

Our Copenhagen office mirrors our innovative technology – with an indoor ball court, rooftop terrace, and well-equipped gym. We have created a facility that supports connecting disciplines across the business, facilitates creative thinking, and gives the space to engage with colleagues, our global partners, and the entire Veo community.

Values we hold at Veo:
