Here Is What The Job Entails
As our ERP Application Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the ongoing developing and optimizing Kamstrup's ERP platform (IFS Apps10, transitioning to IFS Cloud). You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders and IT to ensure the ERP system supports both operational needs and strategic goals.

More Specifically, you will be:

• Supporting daily ERP operations and resolve functional issues with L1 & L2 support
• Translating business needs into ERP requirements and functional specifications
• Participating in configuration and testing of ERP modules
• Contributing to the ERP upgrade project through documentation, testing, and training
• Taking part in the Pre-Analysis phase, assessing customizations, integrations, and identifying improvements

Kamstrup is preparing for a Brownfield upgrade to IFS Cloud, driven by the end of support for Apps10 and a strategic shift toward future-ready capabilities like AI and modern architecture. The upgrade focuses on removing obsolete customizations, aligning with best practices, and improving scalability by addressing current process pain points.

In order to succeed, we imagine that you:

• Have experience with ERP systems (preferably IFS, but other platforms like SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics are also relevant)
• Understand key business processes within Finance, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing
• Are confident in system configuration and documenting business requirements
• Communicate clearly and effectively with diverse stakeholders

As we are an international organization it is important that you are fluent in English. Danish will be considered an advantage.
