Here, our mission is to ensure that every visitor will leave the store with a chocolate smile– and a bag full of Lindt enjoyments. As a ASM, you'll be a key ambassador for our brand, ensuring that all customers receive a world class premium experience.

This is a sales-focused role with added leadership responsibilities in a part time position working 30h/w.

Your Role

You'll work hands-on in the store alongside your team, combining your passion for sales with the added responsibility of supporting and guiding others. Working closely with the Store Manager, you'll help lead the team and maintain excellence in both customer service and store operations. Your responsibilities include:

• Delivering exceptional service by greeting all costumers and ensuring a memorable shopping experience.
• Assist customers with expert product knowledge and encourage additional sales.
• Support the Store Manager in ensuring the store meets all company standards and expectations for visual direction and brand presentation.
• Support the Store Manager in leading, training and motivate our Chocolate Advisors to be a highly engaged sales driven team.
• Understanding of daily sales budgets, actively upselling to increase customer transaction spend.
• Balance operational tasks with hands-on customer interactions.
• Restocking and cleaning through the day.
• Be flexible regarding working hours, can work evenings, weekends and during peak seasons.

What we are looking for

You're an open, engaging and service minded person with a genuine passion for delivering premium customer experiences. You thrive in a dynamic retail environment, balancing independence with strong collaboration skills and a proactive mindset. You also:

• have at least 3 years of retail experience.
• are used to coaching and developing a sales team towards ambitious sales goals.
• are fluent in English, additional languages is a plus.
• have a great sense for professional customer service and sales
• are solution oriented and proactive.
