Role Description

Are you a skilled Service Engineer with a passion for delivering exceptional technical support? Join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in enhancing customer satisfaction by ensuring they get the most out of our systems. You will be the crucial link between our clients and our engineering team, facilitating valuable feedback that drives our innovation forward.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support, advice, and assistance to clients, both remotely and on-site.
  • Troubleshoot and maintain our solutions to ensure optimal performance.
  • Plan and coordinate service visits to meet customer needs efficiently.
  • Execute service visits for our clients, both domestically and internationally.
  • Communicate customer feedback and technical observations to the development team to enhance our offerings.
  • Contribute to maintaining high operational reliability and quality at customer sites.

Qualifications

  • Independent and thoughtful in your approach
  • Service-minded and dedicated
  • Detail-oriented and structured
  • Proactive and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Good English skills – written and spoken
  • Comfortable working with IT systems; experience with ERP or financial systems is an advantage
  • Flexible, outgoing, and with a positive attitude
  • Thrive in a dynamic and evolving workplace

Your Profile

  • Have a technical background – electrician, automation technician, or similar
  • Preferably have knowledge of software – this is a significant plus
  • Are customer-oriented, approachable, and good at building relationships
  • Can communicate in English
  • Are structured and capable of planning your own tasks
  • Are prepared for travel when required by the tasks
  • Thrive in a role where you work independently while also being part of a strong team
