As Procurement Director for this business, you'll be at the center of transforming how we deliver reliability and efficiency to our customers. You'll shape the strategy that connects our technical ambition with a resilient, innovative supply base—ensuring that every product we deliver reflects world-class quality, competitive cost, and sustainable performance.

Your leadership will directly influence how we bring new technologies to market, strengthen supplier partnerships, and secure the materials that keep food cold, storage facilities running, and critical industries operating without interruption. As Director of Procurement for PL40 (CTM-I Industrial Refrigeration), you will be part of the Product Line 1 leadership team, reporting directly to the Head of PL40. You will lead the procurement strategy for a business where flexibility, reliability, and technical expertise are as important as cost competitiveness—and where category ownership of heavy, specialized components like castings and machining is critical.

• Strategic Functional Leadership – Define and execute the procurement strategy for PL40 – CTM-I Industrial Refrigeration, aligned with business goals.

• PL40 Leadership Team Member – Actively contribute to PL40 leadership decisions, bringing procurement insights to the table.

• Category Ownership – Fully own and manage categories unique to PL40 (e.g., castings, machining, heavy metal components).

• Synergy Development – Collaborate across product lines to leverage shared agreements and programs where they add value.

• Supplier Management – Build strong, strategic supplier relationships to ensure quality, cost, and delivery performance.

• Team Development – Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing and diverse procurement team.

• roven leadership experience in procurement, preferably in industrial equipment, refrigeration, or related manufacturing sectors.

• Strong strategic thinking and ability to balance local needs with global opportunities.

• Experience in category management, supplier negotiations, and cost optimization.

• Technical understanding of heavy manufacturing categories (e.g., castings, machining) is a strong advantage.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across functions and geographies.
