We are seeking a strategic and commercially driven Global Product Manager to lead upstream development of next-generation digital and AI-enabled endoscopy solutions. In this role, you will set the commercial direction of the product area within the project and ensure that user and customer needs are embedded throughout the innovation journey — from early concept development to market launch.

You will work closely with partners in R&D, AI & Digital Development, Clinical, and HEMA to create differentiated digital solutions with strong value propositions and clear commercial strategies. You'll join a passionate Pipeline & Product Management team that values creativity, teamwork, and excellence, reporting to the Director of Global Product Management, Urology.

Main Responsibilities

• Act as the commercial lead in new product development projects, defining strategic and market direction for AI- and digitally enabled endoscopy solutions.
• Develop commercial models for the digital portfolio, including business cases and portfolio scenarios that integrate commercial and digital strategy perspectives.
• Translate customer and user insights into successful product and digital solution development.
• Drive AI and data-driven innovation collaborating with technical experts.
• Lead and facilitate advisory boards and KOL engagement during all development phases.
• Conduct early-phase commercial investigations to identify user needs, market potential, and digital value opportunities.
• Drive Launch Excellence, ensuring strong value propositions, product claims, and positioning.
• Post-launch, continue shaping the product lifecycle through customer feedback, digital performance metrics, and continuous improvement.

Key Competencies
We imagine you have a strong business, product management, and technical background within MedTech, or related healthcare industries. You have led or contributed to digital or AI-based health innovation projects, enabling you to make informed commercial decisions at the intersection of clinical and technological development.

You are commercially driven and understand how to translate complex customer needs into actionable development priorities and digital product concepts.

Furthermore, You Also Bring

• Experience leading SaMD or AI-enabled product development in MedTech or digital health
• Experience developing commercial models for digital health solutions, including subscription, pay-per-use, or hybrid pricing strategies.
• Familiarity with cross-functional product development processes and ability to thrive in collaborative, matrix environments.
• Strong strategic and analytical skills, enabling you to assess clinical, technological, and market trends.
• Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and commercial perspectives and ensure alignment across teams.
• Excellent English communication skills and a global outlook.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% to conferences, customer visits, and global subsidiaries
