Senior Technology Consultant

At DYNACAP, we are currently looking for a Senior Technology Consultant. As our new colleague, you will play an essential role in delivering our projects. In this senior role, you will take on more responsibility for project ownership and customer success, guiding junior consultants while driving technical excellence. Your role will cover a broad range of responsibilities, including solution design, development, configuration, testing, project management, customer meetings, and more.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the creation of business requirements and functional designs
• Oversee business process design and automation
• Develop scalable commercial solutions for sales, marketing, and service teams
• Drive data modeling and database design for complex solutions
• Design and implement integrations using cloud technologies
• Ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices and standards
• Provide strategic advice and technological recommendations to top management
• Guide customers through their digital transformation, from discovery to solution implementation
• Mentor and support junior consultants in their professional growth

Ideally you

• Hold a Master's degree in Computer Science & Engineering, Data Science, Business Administration & Information Systems, or a similar filed
• Bring 3-4 years of experience in IT development, consulting, or solution architecture, preferably within a technology or strategy consulting enviroment
• Have hands-on experience with object-oriented programming and database design
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of customer-facing platforms, particularly CRM
• systemsSalesforce experience and certifications are highly advantageous
• Possess a solid track record in managing and implementing CRM or technology-driven projects
• Have a commercial mindset with the ability to drive value and improve outcomes for
• clientsHas excellent communication skills—verbal, written, and visual—tailored for diverse audiences
• Thrive in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment and bring a proactive, entrepreneurial spirit to the team
• Show leadership potential or experience, with a passion for mentoring and supporting team development
