Dine primære ansvarsområder vil være:

  • Afslutning af månedlige finansielle resultater i samarbejde med vores eksterne regnskabspartner, med fokus på overholdelse af lokale og koncernens regnskabsstandarder (IFRS).
  • Udarbejdelse af månedlige rapporter via ekstern regnskabsløsning.
  • Bistå Site Controller og Program Managers i forbindelse med R&D-regnskab.
  • Bidrage til udarbejdelsen af årsrapporter.
  • Håndtering af indkøbsordreproces.
  • Samarbejde med Site Controller om at optimere og effektivisere rapporteringsprocesser.
  • Overvågning af omkostningskontrol.
  • Deltagelse i interne og eksterne revisioner.

Vi forventer, at du har:

  • En kandidatgrad, en HD eller tilsvarende inden for finans, regnskab, erhvervsøkonomi eller beslægtede områder.
  • 1-2 års relevant erfaring indenfor finansiel controlling, revision eller virksomhedsfinans.
  • Erfaring med eksterne regnskabsløsninger er en fordel.
  • Gode færdigheder i Microsoft Excel.
  • Solid forståelse for regnskabsprincipper, herunder resultatopgørelse, balance og pengestrømsanalyser.
  • Det er en fordel, hvis du har erfaring fra en international koncern.
  • Forståelse for fransk vil være et plus.

About the Role

Thales Aerospace Communications Lyngby ApS is a fast-growing company looking to strengthen its finance team. This position offers excellent opportunities to develop your financial skills in a supportive, dynamic, and international work environment within the field of Research & Development (R&D).

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Closing monthly financial results in collaboration with our external accounting partner, with a focus on compliance with local and group accounting standards (IFRS).
  • Preparing monthly reports using an external accounting solution.
  • Assisting the Site Controller and Program Managers with R&D accounting.
  • Contributing to the preparation of annual financial statements.
  • Managing the purchase order process.
  • Collaborating with the Site Controller to optimize and streamline reporting processes.
  • Monitoring cost control.
  • Participating in internal and external audits.

We expect you to have:

  • A Master's degree, HD (Graduate Diploma in Business Administration), or equivalent within finance, accounting, business economics, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in financial controlling, auditing, or corporate finance.
  • Experience with external accounting solutions is an advantage.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel.
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow analysis.
  • Experience in an international company is a plus.
  • Fluent in Danish and/or English.
