VIL DU VÆRE ASSISTANT CLUB MANAGER I FITNESSX' STØRSTE CENTER I JYLLAND?

Da vores nuværende Assistant Club Manager tiltræder som Club Manager, søger vi nu en Assistant Club Manager til vores flagship-center, Ankersgade, i Aarhus.

Du vil være Club Managerens højre hånd og hjælpe vedkommende i den daglige drift af centeret.

Stillingen er på 37 timer inklusiv én ugentlig aftenvagt.

Dit primære ansvar er:

  • At supportere centerets Club Manger i driften af centeret. Er Club Manager ikke til stede, er du øverst ansvarlig for centeret.
  • At sørge for, at centeret altid er flot, indbydende og rent 365 dage om året, så gæsterne får en X-tra god oplevelse i centeret.
  • At deltage i den daglige drift af centeret ift. service af vores medlemmer, oprydning, rengøring mm.
  • At rekruttere, oplære, lede og motivere medarbejderne til at levere den bedste træningsoplevelse for vores medlemmer.
  • At sikre optimal drift (vagt- og holdplaner, vedligeholdelse af center og udstyr samt diverse bestillinger).
  • At levere SoMe content der afspejler alt, hvad centeret tilbyder.

  • Du sætter en høj standard for vores center, og du går forrest som et godt forbillede for vores medarbejdere. Det gælder alt fra service af medlemmer til rengøring.
  • Du er robust, omstillingsparat og klar på at teste nye tiltag. FitnessX er en virksomhed med mange forandringer, så du er som person en der godt kan lide, at tingene ikke er som de plejer at være.
  • Du er venlig, smilende, professionel og tålmodig.

Din baggrund:

  • Du har gerne ledelseserfaring.
  • Du har arbejdet med kundeservice før, gerne i fitnessbranchen.
  • Du har forståelse for konceptdrevne virksomheder og har før vist, at du kan virke indenfor givne rammer.
  • Du har før vist resultater i en verden, hvor arbejdstiderne kan variere og i travle perioder ramme udenfor normal arbejdstid.
