YOUR CHALLENGES
The main purpose of this role is to take over the full ownership of our contracted Data Centre including the full maintenance responsibility to ensure a proper service delivery and a reliable 24/7 Data Centre Operations. This also includes top service performance from a quality, health and safety and financial perspective.
Key Responsibilities:
Cross-functionally manage our Data Centre maintenance services on-site as defined by our contract and ensure all contractual obligations are fulfilled as defined by our contract and ensure all contractual obligations are fulfilledMonitoring maintenance management strategies to ensure alignment with client's objectives, especially in terms of business continuityImplement standardized processes and procedures for Data Centre SLAs across the site/accounts in compliance with legislation and meeting industry 'best practice'Ensure the provision of healthy and safe working conditions and that both clients and Company health and safety policy and process is effectively implemented across both our teams' services and subcontractors' activities and are regularly reviewedEnsure appropriate control systems to ensure statutory, policy and contractual commitments are metEnsuring a customer focus within all areas of operational activities, and that effective relationships are maintained with key client contactsProvision of leadership and guidance, advice, coaching and direct support, where required to deliver best practice selection, training, assessment and recognition/rewardDelivering effective business communication through advice, review, leadership and direct contribution to management and team meetings, briefings, consultation forums, correspondence, publicity, monthly and ad-hoc reporting and other publications, as appropriateYOUR QUALIFICATIONS
Proven track record in a manager role which has included responsibility for product, culture, people and business growthPrevious experience in Critical Environments / Data Centres and one or more of the following: M&E, facilities management, projects, building servicesDealing with a range of people from junior to senior level including site employees, suppliers and customersCapability to drive contract performance with strategic goals while maintaining employee engagementRemain adaptive to various complex challenges at the site levelStrong communication and influencing skills with the ability to effectively connect with subordinated employees, clients and CBRE ManagementExcellent relationship builder with proven internal and external client management experience and good networking skillsStrong business acumen and commercial awareness with the ability to understand financial metricsFluent language skills in English are required.
