About Us
The Enterprise Cost Steering department is central to managing costs across the Group, ensuring resources are allocated effectively, and that efficiency is maximised. We work closely with Finance teams, Procurement, Support functions, and Business Units to uncover opportunities for growth and cost optimisation while embedding best practices. Our department supports the executive leadership team by offering insights and recommendations that optimise cost structures and enhance financial health. Joining our department gives you the opportunity to help shape cost optimisation strategies on a Group-wide scale.

About The Role
As a Senior Consultant within Enterprise Cost Steering, you will take a leading role in advancing cost efficiency initiatives and delivering analysis that supports informed decision-making at scale. Reporting to the Head of Enterprise Cost Steering, your work will enhance strategic cost management and contribute to the Group Financial Steering.

• Lead and implement initiatives that drive efficiency, optimise enterprise cost structures and improve transparency across the Group.
• Use data and analytics to conduct cost analysis, identify opportunities for efficiency, and monitor financial performance.
• Collaborate with teams across functions to design and operationalise cost steering frameworks and solutions, and present actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
• Build and maintain dashboards, models and tools to support ongoing cost analysis and reporting. Continuously monitor industry trends to ensure best practices in cost steering and analytical methodologies are applied.

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for an inclusive, collaborative professional with consulting experience to help drive meaningful change through cost steering, financial analysis, and enterprise-level cost initiatives. Your success in this role will depend on your ability to build strong relationships, deliver data-informed insights, and contribute to strategic decision-making alongside a supportive team.

• Solid experience in consulting with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions and results in large organisations.
• Proven ability to lead initiatives from conception to successful implementation while adapting to evolving priorities, with demonstrated ability to engage and influence across all levels.
• Proficiency in cost steering, financial analysis, or strategic cost management, with experience turning data into actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with expertise in managing complex datasets using analytical tools such as SQL, Power BI and Python.
