About the Role
We're looking for an energetic
Partner Sales Manager
to own and grow our global dealer and distributor network. Around
20 %
of our revenue already comes from markets served through independent dealers, and this role is critical for strengthening and accelerating that channel. Reporting directly to
Sales Director Europe
, you will collaborate with our commercial team and partners to drive the next S‑curve in growth.
What you'll do
- Develop & manage dealers:
Build and maintain strong commercial relationships with our global dealers and distributors; create structured business plans with revenue targets, marketing activities, lead‑handling processes and capability development. - Launch new partnerships:
Identify and build partnerships in markets not covered by our own sales team; tailor commercial offerings (pricing packages, launch plans, training) to enable success in a dealer model. - Drive partner sales:
Help partners grow their business by proactively managing large opportunities, identifying high‑potential segments (sports clubs, schools, councils, contractors etc.), joining customer meetings and providing ongoing coaching. - Ensure pipeline discipline:
Set up and run partner pipeline management processes in HubSpot, ensuring transparent data entry, accurate forecasting and monthly reporting to the Sales Director Europe; monitor KPIs such as conversion rates, pipeline quality and average deal size. - Enable your partners:
Plan and deliver onboarding and training for new dealers; develop a repeatable partner playbook covering sales processes, demo best practices, marketing expectations and support procedures; provide performance feedback and ensure corrective actions. - Coordinate with marketing:
Collaborate with the marketing team and dealers on campaigns that generate leads; ensure leads are followed up promptly and provide market feedback to improve future campaigns.

are highly valued. - Experience with dealers/distributors/VARs, hardware or technical solution sales, and familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot experience is ideal).
