We are hiring Check this exciting opportunity to join our Global Animal Biosolutions Technical & Services Team as a key player to support our Technical Sales and Sales Team in the Regions for our Silage inoculants portfolio. At Novonesis, we are driven by purpose, passion and vision. You will play a crucial role in turning our growth ambitions into reality through technical support and differentiation.
Welcome to Global Animal Biosolutions
The Global Animal Biosolutions Technical & Services Team consists of 8 recognized experts in their domain (animal species, gut health and nutrition). and driven by their passion to guide the implementation of our strategy.
The team plays a vital role in bridging the gap between the commercial teams and the innovation teams from a technical standpoint for our unique feed enzymes, probiotics, DFM's and silage inoculants portfolio.
In This Role You'll Make An Impact By
- Being the internal scientific leader responsible for managing global scientific trials
- Driving scientific communication
- Overseeing global service development, and supporting business growth through stakeholder engagement
- KOL management, and customer-focused initiatives such as training and tools
Potentially Relevant Experience
- Deep technical expertise in the silage and ruminant industry with strong international experience
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to develop and commercialize value-added services
- The ability to simplify complex scientific concepts while maintaining a strong customer and results orientation
- A data-driven approach and adaptability with an entrepreneurial mindset
- in your role, you will have to travel on regular basis to support our Regional Teams
