- Job responsibilities

The Customer Service Specialist will report to the Customer Service Manager.

The position is based in Copenhagen.

Day to day Missions:

  • Order Management: Oversee the accurate and efficient processing of customer orders from initial receipt to fulfillment.
  • Returns Management: Manage the returns process, ensuring timely processing of returns, credits, and exchanges, while minimizing losses and maximizing customer satisfaction.
  • Claims Management: Handle customer claims related to damaged goods, shortages, or other order discrepancies, ensuring fair and efficient resolution.
  • Monitor and follow up order flow and ensure orders are delivered in timely manner
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with other departments within the company, particularly marketing, commercial/retail, logistics and finance, to ensure seamless order fulfillment and issue resolution.

  • Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business administration or a related field.

  • 2-3 years of experience in customer service position
  • Experience in multi-cultural environment and in consumer goods/luxury industry
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills and customer centricity, specifically related to order and claim issues.
  • SAP Advanced user
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with a focus on detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to changing environments and business needs.
  • English level C2, Scandinavian language is a plus
