What will you do?
As a Senior Mendix Consultant, You Will

• Combine the roles of consultant and application developer
• Facilitate workshops to identify the requirements of the client
• Use your technical expertise and platform knowledge to translate client business requirements into high-quality IT solutions including mobile applications, business applications and workflow systems
• Continue to specialize in the technology and applications of the platform
• Assist in pre-sales activities.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and growth.

What We Are Looking For And Technical Most-haves
We want someone who is not only skilled but also committed to personal and professional growth. To thrive in this role you should say yes to:

• A candidate with a master's degree and 5 years of relevant work experience – preferably as a consultant within the world of Mendix or similar Low-Code Platforms or solutions
• Experience with designing, developing, and testing innovative Mendix or similar low-code platform based solutions
• Comfortable coordinating with clients and end-users on specifications, design and final product
• Experienced in a leading role in workshops, Proof of Concepts, innovative development projects or DevOps teams.
• Excellent training and coaching of business consultants and junior developers in working with and applying the Mendix Platform or similar low-code platforms or solutions
• Strong critical thinking and decision-making capabilities

If you possess greater experience (5+ years), your additional responsibilities will include

• You will use your technical expertise, platform knowledge and development experience in a multidisciplinary project or DevOps team. Your role will involve implementing and managing high-quality IT solutions, including mobile applications, business applications and workflow systems
• You will specialize in the technology and applications of these platforms, as well as being the technical lead in presales and delivery projects.
• End-to-end responsibility and lead developer for the design, development and testing of innovative Mendix solutions in an agile way
• Contributing to the expansion of our Mendix capability by participating in knowledge sharing.
