Global S&OP Specialist

Location: Vejle, Denmark

Employment Type: Full-time

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Global S&OP Specialist to join our team and play a central role in shaping our Global Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes. In this role, you will help drive strategic demand and supply planning across the Fertin CDMO Business and selected Aspeya categories, ensuring alignment between commercial, operations, quality, logistics, and procurement.

You will be a key contributor to the execution of our Global S&OP process, working closely with cross-functional teams to develop data-driven insights and support decision-making at all levels. Your ability to interpret complex data and facilitate consensus planning will be essential to our success.

About the job

You will lead selected steps in the global demand and supply planning processes, facilitate review meetings, and support executive decision-making through data analysis and visualization. Collaboration with local S&OP teams will be a core part of your role, ensuring that local plans are aligned and integrated from a global perspective. You will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and help implement planning systems such as Kinaxis Maestro.

What You Bring

We're looking for someone with a degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field, and have at least 3 years of experience in S&OP or supply chain planning. You should be comfortable working with data and planning tools (Power BI) and ideally have experience with platforms like Kinaxis Maestro.

Strong analytical skills, a structured approach, and the ability to communicate clearly across teams and cultures are essential. You thrive in a dynamic environment, enjoy solving complex problems, and are motivated by driving improvements that make a real impact.
