Are you passionate about cultivating excellence and empowering teams in luxury fashion? Chanel Scandinavia is seeking a dynamic and inspiring Fashion Learning Manager to lead our learning strategy across three boutiques: Copenhagen, Stockholm, and Oslo.
Based in Copenhagen and reporting to the Learning & Style Expertise Manager, BenSca, you will have a key role in developing our boutique teams, supporting Chanel's image and business objectives, and driving the CHANEL difference.
As part of the BenSca (Benelux & Scandinavia) Learning Team, you will collaborate closely with Boutique Management and HR, combining organizational and facilitation skills with a strong ability to energize and develop teams.
THE IMPACT YOU CAN CREATE AT CHANEL
Developing, nurturing and energizing Boutique teams:
- Identify and address coaching needs in Fashion expertise and client experience.
- Support the onboarding of newcomers in Boutique on the CHANEL difference.
- Organize and deliver one-to-one coaching in the Boutiques and team development sessions.
- Monitor and support the implementation of action plans.
- Validate the Fashion Advisor's knowledge acquired after a learning session based on observations through in-boutique observation and feedback.
- Consolidate and report KPIs and skills development progress.
- Create qualitative and quantitative reports to inform ongoing improvement.
Collaborating with the BenSca Learning team:
- Actively engage in the Learning community by sharing Boutique feedback and best practices.
- Coordinate and disseminate learning content and educational tools within boutiques, as provided by Europe & the BenSca team.
- Create and share feedback reports to the BenSca Learning Team.
Collaborating with Boutique Management:
- Adapt learning tools to meet boutique-specific needs and strategy.
- Build and execute tailored learning plans for teams, in collaboration with Boutique Directors, BenSca Learning Manager, and HR .
- Organize learning sessions in boutiques, aligning European and BenSca strategies with boutique priorities .
- Participate in the deployment of boutique business and customer experience action plans, working closely with the Marketing Team.
- Ensure the successful rollout of strategic projects (IN CHANEL, CHANEL & MOI etc.)
Delivering Impactful Learning Experiences:
- Organize & host engaging learning sessions in the boutique, at the HQ or in Paris - according to the learning plans.
- Deliver impactful training moments tailored to team needs.
- Invite boutique specialists (products experts, customers services, training ambassadors) to co-host and enrich the sessions.

- Higher education qualifications and at least 5 years of related experience in Fashion. Experience gained within the luxury market is advantageous.
- You are passionate about people development by bringing out the best in people.
- You have excellent interpersonal skills, solid training and coaching skills; able to challenge the status quo, to inspire and engage with teams.
- You have a strong analytical, business-oriented, and client-focused mindset.
- You are proactive, organized, with effective priority management.
- You have a solid understanding of Fashion culture.
- Fluent in English, Scandinavian languages are a plus.
