About The Technology Organization
This technology business unit at Truesec brings together highly skilled engineers, architects, platform specialists and IT specialist with a mission to develop, operate, and continuously improve our unified Truesec Platform and technical capabilities. The team drives the adoption of AI, automation, and advanced technology across all business units, ensuring we deliver best-in-class cybersecurity solutions to our clients and maintain a robust, scalable, and secure technology stack.

As CTO, you will lead and shape this dynamic organization—empowering experts, fostering cross-team collaboration, and ensuring that our technology enables Truesec's ambition to be the leading European cyber partner. The Technology organization works closely with all parts of Truesec, serving as a key enabler for innovation, operational excellence, and customer value.

The Role
As CTO, you will play a key role in Truesec's continued growth journey. The role combines executive management, thought leadership, and people management, and will be pivotal as we increase our use of AI, expand our in-house platform, and accelerate the adoption of best-in-breed technology across all teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the company's technology vision and roadmap in alignment with Truesec's strategic direction and service/product portfolio.
• Lead the Technology team and foster a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous improvement.
• Drive the development and improvement of our in-house platform, ensuring it is a key enabler for growth.
• Significantly increase our use of AI and automation, identifying and implementing the best use cases across the organization.
• Ensure that Truesec remains at the forefront of cybersecurity technology and best practices.
• Collaborate with business units to support international expansion and scalable service delivery.
• Represent Truesec externally as a technology thought leader at industry events and in published content.
• Establish and maintain secure system architecture in collaboration with GC (Global Complance) to ensure technology meets all statutory, regulatory, and contractual obligations.

Your Potential Background

• Proven experience in a senior technology leadership role, preferably as CTO, in cybersecurity or related fields.
• Demonstrated success in platform development and scaling technology organizations, ideally with cloud and AI/ML experience.
• Deep understanding of cloud-native application design, DevOps practices, and scalable architecture.
• Strong expertise in AI, automation, and cybersecurity.
• Experience building and scaling technology teams and engineering organizations
