Would you like to get hands-on experience, work across departments, and contribute to projects that make a real difference in how our employees experience LEGO House? Then this is a great opportunity for you
Join the People & Culture Team:
As our new trainee, you'll become part of a dedicated team of eight skilled colleagues, playing a key role in bridging daily operations and People & Culture initiatives. You'll work directly with a variety of HR functions — from recruitment and data reporting to communication and employee engagement — while collaborating closely with teams across LEGO House.
During your first four months, you'll spend one day a week in Guest Service, getting first-hand experience with our guest journey and operational excellence.
You'll also join a Trainee Network across the Billund Municipality, connecting with peers and expanding your professional community.
Key Responsibilities:
Internal Communication: Share updates on My House (Internal communications platform), post training materials and LEGO Group news, and support Staff Club communication.
Celebrations & Events: Maintain SOPs, coordinate internal celebrations, manage Christmas gifts, and our People & Culture warehouse.
Staff Association: Participate in "The Clubhouse" (our staff association), help plan social events, and support employee engagement initiatives.
Recruitment Support: Assist with recruitment flows, candidate communication, screenings, interviews, and job sessions.
Reporting & Data: Prepare key data for weekly business meetings, manage absence statistics, support management reporting.
Who You Are
You are naturally curious and empathetic, thriving when working with people and building strong relationships. You bring energy and enthusiasm to every task, whether it's collaborating with colleagues, supporting employee initiatives, or learning something new. You are courageous and open-minded, always ready to ask questions, take initiative, and adapt to challenges. Confidentiality and integrity come naturally to you, and you enjoy turning ideas into action — making a real impact every day.
Qualifications:
Relevant student degree required: EUX, HHX, STX, HF, or HTX
Confident in Excel and quick to learn new systems
Fluent in English and Danish (written and spoken)
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
No prior HR experience required — just a strong interest in People & Culture.
