About the role | IT Sourcing Partner in Vendor Relationship Management
Vendor Relationship Management is a Nordic department that centers around collaboration across vendors, Tryg's IT departments and Tryg's different business areas with an outcome-based focus on service deliveries.

The IT Sourcing Partner will take an active role in Tryg's organization to ensure efficient vendor collaboration and improved support of business requirements and delivery models. Focusing on delivery of optimized service quality to the business who supports Tryg's customers including alignment of the perception of these.

Your key responsibilities:

• Strategic Partnership & Alignment – Serve as the primary liaison between business and IT, ensuring technology initiatives align with business goals
• Service Integration & Management – Oversee the integration and performance of multiple IT Service Providers (internal & external)
• Demand Management – Capture IT demands towards Trygs service providers and align service delivery with organizational priorities
• Performance & Continuous Improvement – Define and track metrics for service performance, customer satisfaction and value realization, securing adherence to KPIs and XLAs
• Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders, IT stakeholders and vendors.
• Governance – Oversee vendor performance and contractual compliance while focusing on business value outcome end2end thereby breaking down silo-deliveries

Location:
Bergen, Norway or Ballerup, Denmark. The role involves Nordic collaboration, including occasional travel to other offices.

A person who'll work closely together with many different roles in and outside Tryg, hence communication and stakeholder management are key to being successful in the role. Supporting the current and future customer requirements and cross delivery models by working closely with business are some of the areas you strive in and aim to succeed.

To be successful in the role, you bring:

• 5+ years of experience in Vendor Management, Service Delivery or Service Integrator roles
• In-depth knowledge of service deliveries and vendor management
• Strong understanding of contractual deliveries, governance and reporting structures
• Experience working with performance metrics definition to measure value with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams in mind
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluency in a Scandinavian language as well as English
