We are currently seeking a talented and passionate Team Member to join our dynamic Front of House team.

Job description:

The ideal candidate is passionate about providing exceptional customer service and have a flair for preparing beverages and snacks. This role requires a blend of skills in hospitality, including waiting tables, engaging with customers, mixing cocktails, operating a coffee machine, advising on the wine program/offering and preparing light snacks. If you love the buzz of a busy environment and have a knack for making guests feel welcome, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
  • Welcome guests to the establishment and provide them with a memorable dining experience.
  • Take orders accurately and communicate with the kitchen and bar staff effectively.
  • Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring all items meet our quality standards.
  • Prepare and guide guests in a variety of drinks, including cocktails, beers, natural wine and coffee, with attention to detail.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the dining area, bar, and coffee station.
  • Manage multiple tables efficiently while maintaining a friendly and professional behaviour.
  • Assist in the preparation of light snacks, adhering to food safety standards.
  • Process payments and handle cash accurately.
  • Resolve any customer complaints with professionalism and patience.
  • Contribute to the team by being proactive and supportive in a fast-pace environment.
  • Possibility to develop new skills and grow into leading positions within our brands.

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Previous service experience in Service preferred.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced setting.
  • Good knowledge of food and beverage, including cocktails, beer, wine and/or coffee preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, holidays and evenings.
  • Must be of legal age to serve alcohol.
