Senior IT Delivery Lead, Data Center and Cloud

How you will make an impact
As IT Delivery Lead, you will play a key role in managing Arla's infrastructure landscape – both in the cloud and on-prem. You'll work closely with vendors, internal stakeholders, and CloudOps engineers to ensure high-quality service delivery, compliance, and continuous improvement. Furthermore, your key responsibilities include:

• Evaluate new infrastructure requests to ensure requirements are met before implementation.
• Set the direction for the team and manage the backlog of project items to be delivered in accordance with Arla's strategy for your given area.
• Oversee vendor and CloudOps performance for both on-prem and cloud environments, ensuring delivery according to contracts and expectations.
• Act as a subject matter expert for cloud and on-prem services, ensuring alignment with Arla's IT principles.
• Review and assess monthly support costs from data center vendors.
• Drive continuous improvement of Cloud Operations services in Azure and GCP through close collaboration with CloudOps engineers.

You are a dedicated person with a strong infrastructure background and solid stakeholder management skills. You thrive in an international setting, where collaboration and technical excellence go hand in hand. To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate brings:

• A degree in Computer Science, IT, or similar field.
• 5-10 years of experience in IT infrastructure management.
• Technical expertise in Azure, on-prem data centers (Virtual Machines).
• Experience in vendor management and service delivery.
• Ability to translate business requirements into actionable technical initiatives.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes, agile ways of working & project management.
• Excellent command of English, written and spoken.
