Zizzi er ikke bare en fashion-virksomhed – vi er et stærkt brand med 59 butikker i fem markeder og e-commerce på tværs af 12 lande. Hovedkontoret ligger i Billund, men vi flytter til Vejle i 2026 – og du kan være med på rejsen

En rolle med stort ansvar og stor indflydelse

Som Planning & Analytics Manager får du ansvaret for at drive og udvikle hele planlægnings- og analyseområdet. Du bliver leder for et lille, dedikeret team og får stor indflydelse på både strategiske og operationelle beslutninger. Du kommer til at arbejde tæt sammen med indkøb og kommercielle teams, og du får frihed til at forme din egen hverdag.

Du vil stå i spidsen for projekter som datadrevet prissætning, optimering af lager og margin, og udvikling af BI-platformen. Du får mulighed for at omsætte data og indsigter til konkrete initiativer, der skaber værdi på tværs af organisationen. Samtidig bliver du en vigtig sparringspartner for ledelsen, hvor dine analyser og anbefalinger får direkte indflydelse på Zizzis vækst og udvikling.

Din baggrund

Vi leder efter dig, der har solid erfaring med planning, analyse og BI – gerne fra fashion, lifestyle eller FMCG. Du har en relevant videregående uddannelse, stærke analytiske evner og trives med både ledelse og samarbejde.

Du motiveres af at skabe resultater gennem data og af at udvikle både mennesker og processer.

Du taler dansk og engelsk på forhandlingsniveau og bor i fornuftig afstand til Billund/Vejle.
