About the Role:

The company is seeking an experienced and results-driven Strategic Account Manager to join our Denmark team. In this role, you will expand and retain our partner network, drive business performance, and foster strong relationships with key partners across the grocery, retail, and restaurant sectors. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to identify growth opportunities, implement strategic initiatives, and ensure partner success. This role is ideal for a commercially savvy professional who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and grow partnerships with new chains and partners through campaigns, joint business plans, and strategic initiatives.
  • Own and manage strategic partner relationships, collaborating with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Monitor partner performance, conduct regular business reviews, and proactively respond to trends to exceed targets.
  • Represent the company externally to potential partners and internally as a Strategic Accounts lead.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and implement strategies to maximize partner value.
  • Leverage data analysis to inform insights, support decision-making, and drive business performance.

Qualifications / Skills Required:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Key Account Management, with strong knowledge of B2B, retail, and restaurant markets.
  • Proficient in Excel and data analysis; ability to identify trends and leverage data for stakeholder engagement.
  • Proven track record of growing accounts through joint business plans, campaigns, and strategic initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills at all organizational levels.
  • Commercially minded with strong negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and capable of defining efficient ways of working.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain effective relationships.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a fast-moving digital marketplace or delivery platform.
  • Fluency in Danish and English is required.
