About the role

As a manager in Infrastructure,
you will, together with your team, be a part of our Facility Design area – a
cross-cultural team that in Denmark employs around 250 employees and
consultants working closely together with our colleagues located in India.
These days, we're expanding our organization quite heavily, and we cannot wait
to have you join the team and bring your ideas and leadership to the table. We
cannot foresee the future, but one thing we for sure can promise is that we've
got your back and will do our utmost best to ensure you're onboarded into the
job and have colleagues to spar with.

How you might spend your days
As
a manager in Infrastructure, you'll be working in a cross-disciplinary and
co-creative environment, where you'll be:
  • An integrated member of the Facility Design Management team and
    participate in defining and implementing our strategic goals.
  • Working with our project managers and sales force to assure
    resources and competencies on projects.
    Responsible for developing competencies, tools, and design
    methodologies within Infrastructure etc.
  • In direct reference for approx. 15 employees/consultants
    specialized in design, specifications, tender preparation, and
    supervision, of underground services, e.g. water,
    steam, and drainage systems as well as excavations etc.
  • Sparing and challenging projects to stay in touch with technical
    developments within the discipline and the NNE way of working.

What you bring to the role
To
apply for the position there are some things that are needed, and others are a
bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to do well in this
role:
  • You have a degree in Civil Engineering or similar and with a
    minimum of ten years of experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in people management.
  • You have experience with engineering projects in the industrial or
    life-science sectors.
