Som Warranty Specialist får du en central rolle i vores danske organisation. Du bliver ansvarlig for at håndtere og administrere garantisager i tæt samarbejde med vores værksteder, servicepartnere og kolleger i både Danmark og udlandet.

Din vigtigste opgave er at sikre, at alle garantisager bliver behandlet korrekt, effektivt og i overensstemmelse med XPENGs retningslinjer – til gavn for både kunder og partnere.

Dine opgaver bliver bl.a.:

• Behandling og godkendelse af garantisager
• Opfølgning på garantikrav fra værksteder og partnere
• Administration og dokumentation i XPENGs systemer
• Understøtte værksteder i forståelsen af garantiprocesser
• Udarbejde rapporter og analyser til løbende forbedringer
• Samarbejde med internationale kolleger om garantirelaterede emner

Din profil

Vi forestiller os, at du:

• Har erfaring med garantiadministration fra bilbranchen eller lignende
• Er struktureret, detaljeorienteret og vant til at arbejde i IT-systemer
• Kommunikerer professionelt på både dansk og engelsk
• Har fokus på service og samarbejde – både internt og eksternt
• Trives i et dynamisk miljø, hvor tingene går stærkt
