Job Summary
Join us for a
three-month Internship 10 hours pr week,
where you will have the opportunity to explore new IT solutions and implement them operationally and learn how to drive larger scale projects, that can have an effect on a global scale.

The position is in the Global Operation team and will be based in our Copenhagen HQ, but there will be close collaboration with different stakeholders globally. You will be reporting to Senior Manager Trond Fredskilde – Global Operations Engineer.

This is your unique chance to be part of the team behind the Juicers, optimizing operations and making things work better, everywhere.

Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for driving the overall project of revamping our prep labeling methodology through new IT equipment. Ultimately easing life for our Juicers and be end-to-end responsible for driving it forward. Furthermore, you will be talking with all stakeholders in the project from Juicers to Ops Leaders and external suppliers.

The project is divided into three phases. Each will be covered in one month.

Testing phase – drive local testing of new labeling methodology

  • Be the technical wizard in the label equipment and platform
  • Do controlled test in 5 CPH stores. Train and collect feedback from store managers

Business Case

  • Understand current prep labelling process pros and cons
  • Understand new solution pros and cons
  • Understand business need for new solution
  • Do a high-level business case for a global roll out

Implementation

  • Hand-over document to operations
  • Training material for Juicers
  • Organizational set up for roll out.

Overview Of

  • Who owns maintenance of equipment
  • Who owns updating the platform when new ingredients are onboarded
  • Summarize cost of roll out and business case and present to local ops leaders

Key Qualifications

  • Experience as a Juicer
  • Experience in driving projects from schoolwork
  • Fluent in English
  • Experienced in Excel and PowerPoint presentations
  • Open minded and ready to go to stores and communicate with store managers and do training
