Wir suchen eine erfahrene Führungspersönlichkeit im Bereich SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) mit Schwerpunkt Payroll Deutschland. In dieser Rolle übernimmst Du Verantwortung für komplexe Projekte, führst Kunden strategisch und sorgst dafür, dass HR- und Payroll-Prozesse effizient und zukunftssicher sind. Dein Fokus liegt auf Employee Central Payroll und der Integration deutscher Payroll-Prozesse in globale HCM-Systeme.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Leitung und strategische Beratung von Projekten im Bereich SAP HCM PY und Employee Central Payroll
  • Analyse, Optimierung und Harmonisierung von Payroll- und HR-Prozessen
  • Konzeption, Implementierung und Rollout von HCM PY- und SuccessFactors Payroll-Lösungen
  • Sicherstellung von Qualität, Testing und Go-Live-Readiness
  • Durchführung von Workshops, Trainings und Change-Management-Maßnahmen
  • Unterstützung bei Pre-Sales, Kundenpräsentationen und Projektakquise
  • Führung, Coaching und Weiterentwicklung von Junior- und Senior-Consultants

Dein Profil

  • 5–7 Jahre Erfahrung in SAP HCM PY, idealerweise mit SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse deutscher Payroll, HCM PY Customizing und Integration in globale HCM-Landschaften
  • Erfahrung in Projektleitung, Prozessberatung und Systemimplementierung
  • Analytische Stärke, Kundenfokus und exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Flexibel und reisebereit
