Your role: Social Media & Paid Ads Intern
We are looking for an intern with a 100% focus on social media – both organic content and paid advertising – for our two sites: and

As an intern, you will be an important part of our communications team and will be responsible for developing, producing, and optimizing content and ads across:

• TikTok
• Instagram & Facebook (Meta)
• LinkedIn

You will work hands-on with content creation, community management, and performance marketing, and you will gain a solid understanding of how organic social media and paid advertising work together in a commercial business.

You don't need to have experience – but we expect you to be passionate about social media, curious about formats, trends, and performance, and eager to test, learn, and optimize – and, not least, to be on screen yourself.

The Danish department is located at Islands Brygge in Copenhagen, where we have a small team of about 8 people working in a shared office in the old Pakhuse building. You will develop a close relationship with your colleagues here in Denmark, as well as an international network of colleagues from Sweden, Norway, Germany, France, etc. who do exactly the same work as you.

Key Responsibilities
Organic SoMe (Content & Community)

• Develop and produce content for TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook (video, text, and simple graphic elements)
• Help develop content formats and concepts that engage our target audiences
• Work with trends, hooks, and storytelling—especially on TikTok
• Keep your finger on the pulse of what's performing well and adjust content on an ongoing basis

Paid Social (advertising)

• Assist in setting up, executing, and optimizing paid ads on:
• Meta (Instagram & Facebook)
• TikTok
• LinkedIn
• Work with target groups, messages, and creative variations
• Analyze performance and learn how to use data to optimize ads

Cross-platform content production

• Help create content that supports our educational platforms
• Work closely with our content and marketing specialists
• Great creative freedom – but always with sparring and feedback

(Everything is done in close collaboration with the communications team, which ensures that you are well prepared and continuously develop your skills.)

Who you are

• You are studying communications or marketing and need an internship for 3-6 months in the fall of 2026
• You speak and write fluent Danish and are good at English (corporate language)
• You love social media – especially TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook
• You enjoy video, idea development, and creative work
• You are comfortable on camera and can be the "public face" of the company
• You are familiar with Canva and can write engaging social media texts
• You are curious about the education industry
• You thrive in a small team where everyone helps each other

• Have an interest in paid advertising and performance
• Think commercially
• Are good at idea development and concepts
