You will join the Excellence & Transformation team in Domestic Building Services division, which is a team working with high pace to set new standards for excellent ways of working across the Domestic Building Services division. We take the torch on development and deployment of the divisional strategy across the end-to-end value chain and sales excellence.

We expect you to work approximately 16–20 hours per week and are, of course, flexible in scheduling your working hours around exams and schoolwork.

Key tasks

•    Support the division's M&A agenda and help ensure it aligns with its short- and long-term strategic goals

•    Conduct insightful research to understand market developments and prepare company profiles

•    Support preparations ahead of touchpoints with Group Management, Board of Directors and the Divisional Leadership team

•    Support the development of the divisional strategy and related strategic projects

•    Provide support for the cadences in our management cycle and strategy deployment

•    Ad hoc tasks from management in collaboration with the Excellence & Transformation team

What do you need to apply?

•    You are studying at either Bachelor's or Master's degree level within Business Consulting, Business Economics, Finance or similar

•    You have an international outlook and possess a high proficiency level in English both spoken and written

•    You bring strong analytical skills and flair for working with data and visualization hereof

•    You master the ability to conceptualize something complex into something simple

•    You are highly capable of working in Excel and PowerPoint
