YOUR TEAM
Join BESTSELLER TECH's Digital Media & Marketing area – teams navigating a diverse portfolio of platforms, applications and tools. Our main purpose is to support our BRANDS with the right TECH setup that enables high-quality deliveries and innovative solutions that create competitive advantages in the market.

In 2025 we have been driving the GenAI agenda – and this will continue into 2026 as we further elevate our platforms, applications and tools. Our current priorities include executing on our GenAI roadmap and developing our core system, STORM.

We are international teams, with our Creative Solution team primarily based in Málaga, Spain, and our Digital Media & Marketing development team primarily based in Aarhus, Denmark. You will join a fun, informal and humorous atmosphere where collaboration and openness are core to how we work.

YOUR ROLE
As our new Analyst, you will bridge business and technology to improve how BESTSELLER BRANDS work – more efficiently, leaner and with consistently high quality. You will collaborate closely with photographers, buyers, creatives and marketing teams to understand their needs and translate them into scalable tech solutions.

You will take part in the entire lifecycle: from early dialogue and process understanding to defining user stories, supporting testing, and guiding rollouts. You'll help us turn manual, fragmented work into structured, automated processes that support our brands and functions.

More specifically, you will:

• Analyze business needs and system landscapes to propose efficient, scalable solutions.
• Collaborate across global teams to align on priorities and outcomes.
• Participate in or lead workshops to align expectations, challenge assumptions, and uncover root causes of data challenges.
• Support the delivery and rollout of features, including communication, documentation, and support.
• Help drive a more data-driven culture through knowledge sharing, training, and structured guidance with our stakeholders.

YOUR PROFILE
You are a people-oriented problem solver with a curious mindset and a passion for meaningful change. You thrive in complex environments and feel energized by the opportunity to improve how things work – and how they could work better.

You're confident in facilitating dialogue across diverse teams and turning input into action. You challenge assumptions and make progress – even when perspectives vary.

We imagine you bring:

• A relevant academic background (e.g., ITKO, Information Science, IT management or similar)
• A strong analytical mindset and the ability to uncover improvement opportunities through business process analysis.
• Solid communication skills and the ability to guide stakeholders.
• Confidence in educating users and stakeholders about our solutions
• Experience with design or system development is an advantage.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
