At VILA, we're looking for a proactive and business-driven Sales Responsible to help power our fast-growing NOOS (Never Out of Stock) team. It's a role that's all about strengthening our core business and always keeping our bestselling products available to our customers.

THE TEAM
You will join VILA's NOOS team – a dedicated and collaborative team of 14 professionals working across international markets. We believe in working closely together to find smart solutions and deliver results that make a difference. In this role, you will also collaborate closely with colleagues from our Retail, Own E-commerce, and CBO (Cross Border Online) teams.

YOUR ROLE
In this role, you'll turn insights into action to drive sales, results, and growth across both retail and key account customers such as Zalando, ASOS, and ABOUT YOU. By collaborating closely with our retail teams and major online partners, you'll ensure that our NOOS products remain relevant, on-brand, and commercially strong.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Drive sales performance and achieve growth targets across CBO and Retail
  • Optimise product mix and align with CBO, Retail, and Product teams during sales rounds and follow-ups
  • Analyse sales data, identify opportunities, and act on insights to drive sales and ensure optimal stock levels
  • Build close collaboration with CBO, Retail, and Product teams to strengthen performance and feedback loops
  • Ensure Retail and CBO are aligned, trained, and equipped to drive NOOS activities and sales
