Your new role

You're a strategic thinker with a wildly creative edge, someone who lifts teams to new heights while navigating the complexities of healthcare regulations and ensuring Novo Nordisk's messaging resonates, engages and inspires across all channels and audiences.

Your other responsibilities would include:

• Lead the development and implementation of content and campaign strategies across digital, social, and physical channels, leveraging insights to optimise performance and achieve business objectives while enhancing engagement for both healthcare professionals and patients.
• Develop and guide customer-centric initiatives that create lasting connections with healthcare professionals and patients through storytelling, insights-driven strategies, and value-driven engagement, fostering loyalty and trust in Novo Nordisk's mission and offerings.
• Lead and mentor a powerhouse team of forward-thinking Content and Campaign Leads, inspiring a culture that thrives on innovation, experimentation, and excellence.
• Champion innovation and best practices by acting as a thought leader, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement while proactively exploring emerging trends to enhance Novo Nordisk's global digital and creative presence.

IO Fast Content mission is to deliver an agile, scalable, end-to-end content supply chain that accelerates time to market and aligns with Novo Nordisk's strategic priorities. • Deep expertise in data-driven storytelling, audience segmentation, and platform optimization to create campaigns that connect and resonate globally.
• A born innovator and problem solver who thrives when breaking away from the ordinary.
