ABOUT THE JOB

As Senior MarTech Project Manager, you will become a part of our committed and dedicated MarTech activation team, reporting to IMPACT's Director of Marketing Automation. Together with the team, you will be responsible for ensuring successful delivery of complex Martech projects across strategic MarTech consulting projects and MarTech implementations (of platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Data Cloud, Bloomreach etc.). Always with the customer's business goals in focus.

You will take ownership of end-to-end project management on Martech engagements, acting as the central link between the client, consultants, developers, and platform vendors. Moreover, you will be bridging the gap between technical requirements and business needs as well as being key in translating these needs further into structured project plans, securing progress, quality, and stakeholder alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

In addition, you will be responsible for:

Leading Martech projects across MarTech platforms within Marketing Automation, CDPs, consent management, personalisation and search tools, while supporting tech integrations across the aforementioned tools.

Planning and facilitating discovery workshops, stakeholder meetings, and decision-making processes with customers.

Ensuring scope, timeline, budget, and quality, while proactively managing risks and dependencies.

Collaborating closely with consultants and specialists to ensure strong solutions and smooth delivery.

Ensuring constant progression and alignment across stakeholders - clients as well as internally.

Running Steercos and general C-level reporting on key projects.

Advising clients on best practices within Martech, governance, and ways of working.

YOUR PROFILE

As Senior Martech Project Manager, you are experienced with managing complex digital or Martech-driven projects preferably in a consulting setup. You thrive in complexity and know how to translate it into structured approaches that enable client value and strong project execution.

With a strong understanding of Martech ecosystems, you take clear ownership, communicate effortlessly across technical and non-technical stakeholders, and keep momentum high without compromising quality or customer value.

Additionally, we expect you to:

Drive projects independently and take responsibility for delivery from start to finish.

Translate business requirements into concrete project plans and priorities.

Navigate across multiple and complex stakeholders and disciplines with confidence.

Work structured, proactive, and solution-oriented in a fast-paced environment.

Contribute to the continuous development of IMPACT's project delivery and ways of working.

Agency experience is a plus, but not a requirement.

We are looking for a team member who contributes positively to a fun and healthy everyday culture at IMPACT, while ensuring a high professional standard in collaboration with colleagues and clients alike.

At last, we imagine you have 5+ years of experience within project management or program management in Martech, e-com, digital consulting, or complex IT/digital implementations. MarTech/CRM experience is a plus, but not a hard requirement. Additionally, you may have an educational background within IT, business, digital marketing, or a similar relevant field.
