Your seat to fill:

  • Manage all incoming customer complaints and after sales complaints upon completion
  • Carry out administrative and organizational tasks
  • Planning in deliveries and following up on logisitcal issues
  • Main contact for customers, key accounts and distribution partners
  • Order processing via phone, email or EDI package
  • Initiate free-of-charge product exchange
  • Provide updates on actual after sales topics
  • Handling customs paper
  • Support our internal complaints department and the implementation of respective After Sales processes and structures
  • Development and maintenance of return process based on valid customer complaints and product returns where applicable
  • Direct inquiries and unresolved issues to the specialized department and collect the relevant information to answer the Retail inquiry

Your stroll to CYBEX:

  • Successfully completed Commercial Apprenticeship or similar
  • Experience of customer relations fields (or similar) within an international environment
  • Good command of Danish and English
  • Proactive and service orientated personality
  • Good to great MS office knowledge, SAP/ERP knowledge would be a plus
