We're looking for a digitally skilled and hands-on Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our marketing team in Copenhagen in a temporary maternity leave position.

At MakesYouLocal, we help e-commerce brands expand and grow in new markets by combining local knowledge, strategic guidance, and hands-on support. This role is all about telling that story, creating and managing content that strengthens our brand, showcases our services, and generates leads for our sales team.

This is a part-time position (25 hours per week) with flexibility in how the hours are distributed. You'll be part of a small, collaborative marketing team where you'll work across a wide range of activities – from content creation to campaigns, social media, and lead nurturing.

About the role

As Digital Marketing Coordinator, you'll play a key role in developing and executing our content and digital marketing activities. Your work will directly support lead generation, SEO performance, thought leadership, and our overall brand presence across markets.

You'll be working in an international environment, so fluency in English is essential. In addition, you need to be fluent in either Danish, Swedish, or German to support local content needs.

Key responsibilities
  • Plan and execute monthly content activities that support lead generation, SEO and  thought leadership
  • Create and update content for website, blog, newsletter, cases and white-papers
  • Manage social media channels and support stakeholders with LinkedIn content
  • Develop content for campaigns in collaboration with the rest of the team
  • Monitor and optimise SEO, email performance and lead lists
  • Provide our Sales and Customer Success teams with relevant content.
What we are looking for 
  • A strong communicator who can adapt their writing across the website, social media, newsletters and campaigns
  • Experience in content management and digital marketing (2–3 years+)
  • Ideally, B2B marketing experience
  • Ability to work collaboratively with Sales and other functions
  • Comfortable in a small team where you pitch in where needed and get exposure to a variety of tasks
  • Fluent in English and either Danish, Swedish or German.
