THE OPPORTUNITY

We're looking for a Senior Conceptual Designer to join our Brand & Visual Communication team — someone who knows how to turn ideas into inspiring, beautifully crafted communication that captures attention and brings our brand to life.

In this role, you'll work side by side with Art Directors to develop and deliver creative concepts across campaigns, content, and brand experiences. You'll use your expertise in design, branding, typography, imagery, and art direction to help shape ideas and tell stories that connect with audiences — always ensuring everything aligns with our brand platform of inspiration.

We're looking for someone with solid agency experience – a designer who's confident leading projects, owning ideas end-to-end, and pushing every brief beyond the obvious. You´re hands-on, detail-obsessed, and love bringing creative thinking into every stage of the process — from concept to final execution.

Collaboration fuels everything we do. You'll work closely with Art Directors, Designers, Category Managers, and Campaign teams to make sure every piece of communication feels consistent, impactful, and on-brand — whether it's a global campaign or a tactical activation.

Our HQ is currently located in Hyllie, just a quick train or car ride from Copenhagen, with an exciting relocation to central Copenhagen in early 2026. Join a fast-moving, high-energy team where big ideas, creative excellence, and brand impact set the pace every day.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

As a Senior Conceptual Designer, you will:

Develop strong, creative concepts and campaigns across both digital and offline channels, in line with the new brand platform and brand guidelines

Translate brand objectives into visually striking and commercially sharp design solutions

Pitch and present your ideas with clarity, confidence, and enthusiasm

Plan, organize, and coordinate your projects in close collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders

Partner with freelancers and external collaborators when needed

Take responsibility for projects and get them over the line. Be in charge of concepts from start to finish

Contribute to shaping the creative direction of the brand and campaigns that engage audiences globally

YOUR PROFILE

You're a conceptual designer and creative thinker who is hands-on, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You bring a strong point of view, creative excellence, and a commercial mindset – and you know how to make ideas stick.

7+ years of experience in a similar role (agency or in-house)

Degree in Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (Master's a plus)

Experience in both offline communication (print) and digital design solutions

Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma

Familiarity with generative AI tools and their application in the creative processes

Fluent in English, both written and spoken (our corporate language)

Must have a work permit to work in Denmark
