Are you great at making the complex simple? Can you turn tech talk into clear, friendly advice – and enjoy building strong relationships while doing it? Then you might be the Danish-speaking Customer Success Manager we're looking for

What You'll Do

  • Help customers get the most out of our products – by understanding their goals and giving proactive, tailored advice

  • Explain technical issues and features in a clear, human way – no jargon needed

  • Troubleshoot: spot whether issues are user errors, config problems, or bugs (and escalate when needed)

  • Keep projects moving using tools like HubSpot and Linear

  • Gather and structure feedback for the product team

  • Work closely with clients to ensure they're successful, supported, and happy

What You Bring

  • Native-level Danish & fluent English

  • A genuine desire to help customers succeed

  • Experience working with B2B clients

  • Background in or exposure to web technologies – a basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and web design principles

  • Familiarity with APIs, data feeds, and how data flows between systems – ideally with some hands-on experience working with databases or integrations

  • Experience with CRM or CS tools (HubSpot, Zendesk, etc.)

  • Strong communicator with a proactive mindset

  • Curious, eager to learn new tech – and excited about using AI tools to work smarter
