Operations Coordinator | Commercial Department

THE OPPORTUNITY

Are you passionate about e-commerce and ready to play a key role in shaping the foundation of a seamless online shopping experience? We're looking for an organised and driven Operations Coordinator to join our team and help make sure our website is optimised, user-friendly and engaging

This is a dynamic position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is eager to make an impact across multiple areas of our operations.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Build and maintain onsite product listings across our categories

Display and manage product data on the website

Analyse data to drive improvements website performance

Develop and optimize up-sell and cross-sell product recommendations

Create and maintain size guides

Implement filters and tags based on data

Work cross-functionally across multiple teams, for example collaborating with developers to improve website functionality

Troubleshoot technical bugs and operational issues, ensuring seamless system performance and workflow continuity

YOUR PROFILE

To succeed in this role, you are structured and have strong coordination and communication skills. You are a proactive team player who takes responsibility and has an eye for details. With good time management skills, you have the ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced environment.

We imagine you bring:

A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in e-commerce, marketing, or a related field

1-2 years of relevant experience (a plus)

Fluency in English, as this is our corporate language (applications only in English will be considered).

PRACTICAL DETAILS
Location: From Q1 2026, based at our new HQ in Copenhagen (Kalvebod Brygge 1, 1560 København). Until then, work will be at our current HQ in Malmö (just a 30-minute commute from Copenhagen).
