We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supplier Sourcing Manager to join our dynamic and innovative consulting team. This individual will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process of subcontractor engagement, from initial selection through to project completion. The successful candidate will ensure the seamless integration and delivery of subcontractor services to meet all project requirements, deadlines, and quality standards.

As part of a key strategic initiative in Deloitte Technology & Transformation, this role is central to building and managing our subcontractor framework. You will be instrumental in setting the strategic direction for how we work with subcontractors, collaborating with numerous stakeholders, and gaining significant insights into the consulting business.

The Supplier Sourcing Manager will be part of our Resource Management Team. This team is in a constant state of development, taking on new responsibilities and focusing on optimizing our business for greater efficiency.

Job Description

Subcontractor Selection:

• Identify, evaluate, and select subcontractors that meet project requirements.
• Conduct thorough due diligence and vetting of subcontractor credentials and capabilities.

Contract Management:

• Negotiate contracts with subcontractors, ensuring favourable terms and conditions.
• Manage contract renewals, modifications, and compliance.

Communication:

• Serve as the primary point of contact between subcontractors and internal teams.
• Facilitate clear and effective communication to resolve issues and provide updates.

Risk Management:

• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure subcontractors comply with all relevant regulations and company policies.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of subcontractor agreements, performance metrics, and project progress.
• Prepare regular reports for senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications

You have the following skills and experience:

• We imagine that you have a master's degree in business administration, Management, or related field.
• Proven experience in subcontractor management or similar roles within a consulting environment.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluent in Danish and English written and verbally
• Location: Copenhagen onsite
