Your Opportunity to Shape Innovation

As our new IT Project Manager, you will lead several projects and/or Scrum teams across different business focus areas. You will collaborate closely with key stakeholders at all organizational levels, including Executive level, and across mainly EMEA and North America. Your main goal will be to facilitate the delivery of value-adding solutions, continuous process optimization, and ensure a strong delivery model.

This is an exciting moment to join Nilfisk, as you will manage many of the key projects that drive our digital transformation. You will oversee projects in business and technology areas, including solutions such as ERP, eCommerce, GenAI, CRM, Web, and more.

Become an Integral Part of Our Collaborative Team

You will join a team of project/portfolio managers, enterprise and process architects based in Copenhagen and Budapest. We maintain regular team meetings to discuss progress and challenges, foster open communication, and encourage sharing ideas.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of your projects as committed, in a transparent way
• Support and inspire project teams to achieve shared goals
• Engage proactively with key stakeholders across functions to ensure business understanding and alignment
• Build trust and foster teamwork
• Facilitate and support team decisions
• Align and coordinate dependencies with other teams or projects

What We Imagine You Bring

• Experience as a Project Manager, preferably within an international enterprise environment
• Experience establishing IT projects across different business areas and technologies, with a generalist IT project management toolbox
• Familiarity with Agile principles and experience delivering on time, scope, and budget
• Strong stakeholder management skills to work effectively across departments, regions, and levels
