Group Product Manager

As a Group Product Manager focusing on the Marketplace, you will be a key leader responsible for a significant product area within our core marketplace experience.

As a Group Product Manager, you will be a key leader responsible for a significant product area (Marketplace). Based in Copenhagen, Denmark, and reporting to our CPO, you will be expected to get hands-on, diving deep into the data, understanding user behavior, and being a key driver of execution. Your mission is to define the product strategy, shape a compelling roadmap, and drive measurable impact on key business and user KPIs related to the Marketplace. You will lead a team of talented Senior Product Managers, fostering a culture of rapid experimentation, customer empathy, and data-informed decisions.

Furthermore, your responsibilities will be

• Own the product vision, strategy, KPIs, and roadmap for the Marketplace product area. This includes both the customer-facing shopping experience and the merchant-facing infrastructure (pricing, fulfillment, seller tools, and offer optimization)
• Lead, mentor, and develop a nimble, high-performing team of excellent Product Managers
• Drive both strategic bets and iterative optimizations to improve user outcomes and business results
• Enhance buyer engagement and frequency through strategic product initiatives that support overall MAU growth
• Partner cross-functionally with engineering, design, and marketing to align on goals and deliver impact
• Represent your product area in leadership forums, securing alignment and buy-in across the company
• Collaborate with other product leaders to ensure holistic user journeys across Vivino's platforms

You are comfortable with A/B testing, metrics, and using data to guide decisions, and you possess a strong sense of ownership and curiosity. Furthermore, you bring:

• Extensive B2C e-commerce experience (ideally marketplaces) or other consumer-facing mobile-first environments
• Solid understanding of e-commerce metrics and KPIs, including conversion rates, Marketplace take rates, and customer retention
• Proven ability to lead a product strategy from ideation to execution, with a track record of driving measurable impact
• Direct experience with AI and with products that heavily rely on algorithms, such as recommendation systems, search, personalization, or supply and demand matching
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer-facing UX
